TO SUBMIT ALONG WITH THE APPLICATION AND APPRAISAL KIT

  1. Application Kit 
  2. Appraisal Kit
  3. Schedule of Real Estate (Experience / Tracker)
  4. Rehab Budget – Itemized and Totaled
  5. Rehab Budget Sample Form
  6. Purchase Contract with All Addendums    executed and dated by Seller and Buyer
  7. Earnest Money Deposit with Escrow Company Name, Phone
  8. Title Company Information
  9. Refinance (Copy of Mortgage Statement)
  10. Three (03) Months complete (All Pages each Month) Bank Statements
  11. Bank Account must be in the Entity Name or Personal Name
  12. Bank Accounts in a different Entity Name must provide Entity Documents whether LLC or Corporation
  13. Government issued VALID Identification, Copy of Front and Back
  14. Hazard Insurance:  Agent Name, Phone and Email Address   
  15. A VOID Check – Bank Account in the Entity or      Personal Name along with ACH Forms executed (ACH forms, print from the website)

 

 Entity Documents to Provide:

LLC: 

  1.  Articles of Organization

   2.   Operating Agreement (signed by     all Members and dated)

   3.   All Addendums (if any)

Corporation: 

  1. Articles of Organization or Articles of In-Corporation
  2. Bylaws (all pages) and Resolution
  3. Letter of Good Standing

Foreign Nations:

  1.  Foreign National Registration 

Entity Ownership: 

All Owners with 20% or more are required to place an individual Applications

 

LTC:  Up to 85%

ARV:  Up to 75%

Rehab:  Up to 100%
